Your Concierge of Details: Meet Kim
Kim McFadden is a woman of many talents. She is classically trained in interior architecture, an illustrator, and a creative consultant. Her career in design spans 25 years and includes redesigns of country clubs and corporate offices before the advent of Instagram. In the last decade, she is known for creating art and illustrations for events and corporate clients that put people in a good mood. Her work communicates thoughtful visual touchpoints that are unique to the clients' stories. Kim makes her client’s favorite things come to life in small and big installations. Her canvas ranges from a cocktail napkin to a larger-than-life mural. Her clients love to put people in a good mood with memorable parties and events, and they collaborate with Kim to leave a lasting imprint on their guests.
Artist, Illustrator, and spirited hostess
Kim loves entertaining - both her family and her client's family. She loves seeing people enjoying themselves and taking time to celebrate life moments, big and small, from fancy to casual and rooted in traditions both old and new. Kim gathers inspiration from her passion for exceptional travel. Immersing herself in boutique hotels, museums, and local culture for inspiration to take back to her Lakeside Studio. When at home in Winter Park, Florida, she shares her studio with her Labradoodle, Bear, who delights in every project and adventure.
